YOUNG local soccer players with hopes of one day becoming the new Lionel Messi will now have the opportunity to join the world renowned Coerver Coaching football academy which is widely regarded as ‘The World’s No.1 Soccer Skills Teaching Method.’
In Ireland, Coerver Coaching already has academies in Dublin, Athlone, Galway, Castlebar and Limerick, and will be launching a new academy at Rock Celtic FC in the coming weeks.
By signing up to the academy players are coached by professional Coerver coaches on a weekly basis, with a focus on individual skill development. Coerver Academy players work intensively on developing ball mastery, speed, first touch, passing and finishing. As a member of Coerver Coaching all players receive a full adidas training kit, tracksuit and Coerver football. The academy is open to boys and girls aged 6-14 years old.
Globally, Coerver Coaching has a 28-year history in the game of football and is established in 27 different countries around the world.
Such has been the success of the programme to date that professional clubs such as Manchester United, Arsenal and Real Madrid have been using Coerver’s training methods for years to teach individual skills to their players and Gunners manager Arsene Wenger is a big fan.
